How the game works
The board is dealt full. Tap a piece and it joins the back of your queue, and the cell it left is refilled at once — so the board is a source rather than a space. The three at the front clear when each attribute — colour, number, shape and, at Deep, the arrow — is either all-same or all-different. Nothing further back is tested until it reaches the front.
The See what clears screen inside the game is an editable lab: change any piece and it tells you live whether the line clears and why. It is the fastest way to learn the rule.
Common questions
- My queue is full. That is how a run ends — but not while you can still get out of it. Ring a piece in the line and tap the row below to lift it out for good: the line closes up behind it, which can put three together that were never next to each other. You get three of those a match. Or sweep the line clean with ⌫, three times a run. A full line with neither left is the end.
- Why will the middle not clear? Because only the three at the front are ever judged, and that is what makes the middle useful: it is where a piece waits. A piece joins at the back and leaves at the front, so any three sitting together further down the line will be judged when they get there — they cannot have arrived together without passing through it.
- I paid and it is asking me to pay again. It should not: Queueit is bought once, up front, and there is nothing inside it to buy. If a store is asking twice, write to us with the receipt and we will sort it out with them.
- Clearing data lost my records. Clear data wipes settings, records and today’s streak on that device, and it cannot be undone. The game itself is untouched, and so is your purchase — that belongs to your store account.
- The daily is the same for everyone? Yes — one seed a day worldwide, rolling over at midnight UTC, played on the same board at the same length, with the same allowance of help. One attempt each, so the day compares play rather than who replayed it most.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds go through them: reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play’s order history. We cannot issue them on their behalf, but tell us what went wrong anyway — that is how it gets fixed.
